INAR agricultural flux sites

Data in the harmonised database at six sites, 30-minute periods. The default view shows net ecosystem exchange (NEE), air temperature, soil temperature and soil water content. You can select more variables, for example GPP, Reco, radiation, humidity and CH4. The Calculated page tells how we calculate GPP and Reco. The time axis shows site local time. Each view (tab) has its own data parameters and diagrams. The views stay in this browser.
